Take Root is located in the heart of Dundee owned by three local producers and ag experts Carla, Gordon and Matt who have shaped the store to highlight producers who tend the land, grow the food, and nurture the relationships that keep our community strong. We are unbelievably fortunate to be included in this brand new year round indoor farmers market, where you can get our pies and cheesecakes (along with hundreds of other local products) all year long.

Long Walk Farm is owned by Tiffiny Clifton and Matt Johnson. Matt grew up familiar with agriculture in small-town Nebraska and knew he was interested in farming, but spent years living in the city and working in IT before a too-good-to-pass-up opportunity opened up with a few acres just east of Council Bluffs. Tiffiny grew up on a farm south of Omaha and would regularly help the neighboring farmer with chores. In the middle of the pandemic in 2020, Matt and Tiffiny bought a small farm and started to bring their dreams to fruition. You can find our desserts in their farm store located at 23780 Dogwood Rd, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. Check their social media or website for farm store hours.
Breeze is officially partnering with our first restaurant! And not just any restaurant, literally one of my favorites ever, Izzy's Pizza - Omaha.
We offer personal chef, catering, and cooking class services to people and businesses in Council Bluffs and Omaha. We also host food pop-ups every Tuesday and Wednesday nights at The Block Culinarium, with a different menu each night. (this is where you can find our desserts OR you can book a catering with Chef Dan and have our stuff for your desserts!)

We are Tony & Amber Ellsworth, the owners of ‘Ellsworth Crossing’. Our store is a Farm to Fork Market with over 50 Farmers and producers under one roof. I am four generation Nebraska Agri-business and Amber was born in Omaha, but her parents moved, and she grew up on a Bison and Cattle Ranch in Colorado. We now have a farm of our own and help to provide some of the products in our store. Find a rotation of our baked goods available every week!
One Farm Market is located on Main Street in Logan, Iowa. We sell One Farm produce along with vegetables, fruits and herbs from other growers as well as meat - lamb, beef, pork, bison, chicken and sometimes Alaskan wild-caught sockeye salmon - honey, dairy, eggs, body products, locally roasted coffee beans, shelf-stable products, homegoods and much more. Everything in the store is from Iowa or the Omaha metro area, aside from a few exceptions. And many Saturday mornings are a "fresh bread" Saturday morning with local bakers supplying whole wheat loaves, focaccia, scones or other freshly baked goodies. Wimbro Farms is a beautiful flower farm and shop located in Plattsmouth Nebraska. Wimbro is open for the growing season from April to October with a few holiday Pop ups in between. You can order a Breeze breakfast or dessert item to be delivered to the farme every Saturday for pick up between 10am-2pm.

Wenninghoff Farm is 4th generation farm independently owned and operated by the Wenninghoff Family in Omaha, Nebraska. Since 1956, Wenninghoff Farm has been committed to providing locally grown food and bedding plants to Omaha and the surrounding community. Our desserts can be found there July-October when their farm shop is open for the season.
